1   Scope and content

This Privacy Policy explains how moltosenso s.r.l., via Tirreno 215, I-10136, Torino (Italy) (“MTS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), handler and holder of your Personal Data collected through MTS’ websites is going to threat your Personal Data.

This Privacy Policy is given only for MTS' websites and does not apply either for Personal Data collected on other websites where the user navigate by means of links present on MTS' websites, or to information that MTS collects offline.

This Privacy Policy is given according to Art. 13 of d.lgs. n. 196/2003 – “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” of the Italian Law and is inspired by Raccomandazione n. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for Personal Data Protection, gathered according to Art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/CE, have adopted on May 17, 2001 in order to define a minimum set of requirements for online Personal Data collection.

2   Anonymous usage of MTS’ websites

You are welcome to visit MTS’ websites while remaining anonymous and not revealing any Personal Data. Sharing your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide certain information, you may not be able to take advantage of many of MTS’ features and programs. The information you provide to MTS will better enable MTS to communicate with you regarding our products and your product needs.

3   Data we collect and how we use it

MTS collects the Personal Data you enter into forms on the website. For example, if you enter your e-mail address when you purchase products or request product information, this data will be used to serve your request (e.g. to provide you with the product and service information you requested). MTS also uses Personal Data to enhance the service of MTS’ websites and to personalize information provided to you online or offline. 4   Disclosure to Other Companies

Under certain circumstances, your Personal Data will be communicated to third parties only if it is necessary to provide you with the service you requested (i.e., for online payment, CD-ROMs or material shipping, etc.)

MTS will also release Personal Data if compelled by law to do so, according to Art. 157 of d.lgs. n. 196/2003, otherwise, MTS will not provide your Personal Data to any third party outside the MTS group of companies without your consent.

5   Your Right to Give Your Data and to Opt Out at Any Time

Apart from Navigation Data, the user is free to provide his personal data in the forms of the MTS websites. The user must know that if certain data are not provided, then it could be impossible for MTS to deliver specific services.

You may opt out of the collection and processing of your Personal Data at any time. By way of example, when you are registered with Download section our online stores or register for a contest or promotion you have the option to receive or not to receive additional communications from MTS. If you choose to receive these additional communications and later change your mind, you may unsubscribe at any time.
