1 Scope and Content

This Privacy Policy describes how moltosenso s.r.l., corso Francesco Ferrucci 112 Blocco B, 10138, Torino (Italy) (hereinafter: “MTS” or “we” or “our”, “us”), responsible for the processing and management of your personal data collected through MTS’ websites, intends to process your personal data. This policy applies only to MTS-owned sites and does not apply to personal data collected on other websites that you access through links on MTS sites or to information that MTS collects offline. This Privacy Policy (or Privacy Policy) is drafted pursuant to Legislative Decree 101/2018 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”). This Policy is intended as information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR Any claim relating to privacy in the use of this website will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Italy, without reference to their conflict with foreign legal principles. All disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin (Italy), to which the user of the website consents. You agree to waive all personal exceptions of lack of jurisdiction and non-pertinence of forum and agree that legal proceedings may be instituted in a manner authorized by law or in accordance with the rules of court of Turin.

2 What data we collect and how we use it

MTS on this site does not collect personal data, but only navigation data, by means of cookies, whose information is present at this address.

3 Processing and legal basis

The contact data provided in the corresponding contact form are used for legitimate business purposes, with the aim of satisfying market surveys, statistics and for promotional activities also regarding the sending of advertising and promotional material. Regarding technical cookies, please refer to paragraph 6.

4 Disclosure to other companies

MTS does not disclose any personal data collected here to third parties.

5 Data transfer outside the EU

MTS does not transfer data outside the European Union.

7 Right of access, rectification and deletion of personal data

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you may exercise the rights recognized by art. 13 of European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) by asking MTS: – access: you may request confirmation that there is or is not a processing of data concerning you, as well as further clarification about the information referred to in this Information Notice, as well as to receive the data itself, within the limits of reason; – rectification: you may ask to rectify or integrate the data you have provided to us or otherwise in our possession, if inaccurate; – cancellation/oblivion: you may request that your data acquired or processed by MTS be deleted, if they are no longer necessary for our purposes or where there are no disputes or controversies in existence, in case of revocation of consent or your opposition to processing, in case of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to delete; – the limitation: you may request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, when one of the conditions referred to in art. 18 of the GDPR; in this case, your data will not be processed, except for storage, without your consent except as explained in the same article in paragraph 2. – opposition: you can object at any time to the processing of your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, unless there are our legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over yours, for example, for the exercise or our defense in court; your opposition will always prevail over our legitimate interest to process your data for marketing purposes; – portability: you can request to receive your data, or to have them transmitted to another owner indicated by you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In addition, pursuant to art. 7, par. 3, GDPR, we inform you that you may exercise your right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on any consent given previously. Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint before the Control Authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data. 8 Methods of data processing and data security

The processing of personal data is carried out mainly using electronic procedures and media (DB, Analytics analysis tools, etc..) For the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and, in any case, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, non-surplus and relevance provided by the current GDPR privacy legislation. In addition, to access these platforms, MTS uses a variety of security technologies available on the market to protect the processing itself, including secure servers, firewalls and encryption in communications.

9 Data retention

We inform you that the data relating to navigation logs, if recorded, will be kept by the Owner for a period of 3 months. We also inform you that the data you have provided will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us and further stored only for the period required to fulfill legal obligations, provided that it is not necessary to store them further to defend or enforce a right or to fulfill any further legal obligations or orders of the Authorities.

10 Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Although MTS does not intend to make frequent changes to the Company’s privacy policy, it is always a good idea to check our most recent policy from time to time so that we can be sure that you have read, understood and agreed to what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. 11 Language of moltosenso’s Privacy Policy

Although MTS may have provided you with a translation of this Privacy Policy from Italian (the original language), you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience and that the Italian version of this Privacy Policy is the only version that directs the relationship between you and MTS. If there is any contradiction between the Italian version of the Privacy Policy and a translation of it into another language, then the Italian translation shall take precedence.
